Cleanliness. Oh, Yeah. How do we say it? Well, we are a bit nutty about cleanliness. Storage facilities should be CLEAN. A tenant came in not too long ago and looked the place over. She was sort of snooty looking. After a while, she turned to our Manager and said, "Well, I've got to say I'm surprised how clean this place is." Oh, Yeah. That's nice to hear. We really work at it.
